Problem with your flowers delivery?

If your flowers order hasn't arrived as requested, we're truly sorry to hear that.

Although we go to a great deal of effort to ensure all our orders arrive on the requested delivery date, there are unfortunately times when the courier is unable to deliver an order. In these instances, our policy is to give a full refund for any items that have not been received on the requested date.

In addition to this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we will credit your debenhams flowers account with £15 which you can use towards any future purchase at Debenhams Flowers
